| Opinmind is seeking a seasoned Operations Engineer to join our team. The position is full-time and is based in Santa Clara, CA. You will need skills in implementing and maintaining services that handle hundreds of millions requests per day. |
| Key areas of responsibility |
- Improve performance, availability and scalability of the service
- Install/configure servers and network
- Monitor service stability, security, and performance
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications and network
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support

- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with Linux

- Devise machine learning algorithms that will optimize the existing system based on user responses
- Develop scripts that will inspect the data and gain insights into user behaviors
